Karen Zannini Bull is the Interim Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Online Programs at University College of Syracuse University. Professor Bull teaches ITP5110, ITP5120 and ITP5130 for the MSHAPI program at New York Chiropractic College. Prior to her appointment at Syracuse University, Bull served two roles at Onondaga Community College; the Assistant Director of Distance Education from 2010-2012 and the Director of Program Evaluation from 2012-2013. Outside of Syracuse University, she promotes academic excellence and lifelong learning through her service on the Rosamond Gifford Zoo Education Committee, her role as chair of the board for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA), and her work as a board member for Literacy CNY. Bull holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from the School of Education at Syracuse University. She holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from the University of Maine at Orono, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Allegheny College.
