Tuition is billed each trimester. Bills for the upcoming trimester are usually available on your student portal about two months before classes begin. In order to enroll, or to remain enrolled in classes, all direct charges must be paid in full or have a current payment plan in place by each trimester's College-established due date.

NYCC PAYMENT OPTIONS
NYCC partners with Nelnet Campus Commerce to offer you ePay payment options, managed payment plans, and additional student refund methods. All services are easily accessible through the NYCC student portal.
Payment options include payment via a US checking or savings account or via credit card. There is no fee for payments made through Nelnet via a US bank account. For credit card payments, a disclosed processing fee will be charged and retained by Nelnet. Payments made directly to NYCC by US check, cash, or via Flywire transfer are also accepted.
Payment plans are also available through Nelnet. There is a $25 fee charged by Nelnet to enter into a payment plan. In addition, payment plans are available which will automatically withdraw payments from your financial account or charge your credit card on file.
