New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) is an institutional member of the State Authorization Reciprocity Initiative (SARA).
Initial responsibility for the investigation and resolution of student complaints resides with the institution against which the complaint is made. NYCC's internal complaint process is located in the Student Guide and should be followed to completion.
If a person bringing a complaint is not satisfied with the outcome of the institutional process for handling complaints, the complaint (except for complaints about grades or student conduct violations) may be appealed, within two years of the incident about which the complaint is made, to the SARA portal entity in New York.
Students residing outside New York State who have concerns resulting from distance education courses offered by NYCC, and are unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal institutional complaint process, may contact the appropriate state agency contact listed here.
