Certificates of Completion, or “transcripts” are made available after college sponsored education seminars and most co-sponsored seminars. These transcripts are provided at no charge. NYCC complies with all State Boards that require notification be sent directly from the college.
How do I get a replacement transcript?

• Sponsored courses taken after July 31, 2011 can be accessed here.
• All transcripts that cannot be accessed through the above link, may be requested by completing this form
• To request via phone, call (800) 434- 3955 ext 133 and leave a message
• To request via email, click here and use the form as a guideline as to what information will be needed to complete your request.

Replacement wall certificates (for applicable programs only) are $15.00
