Transcript Request

Unofficial transcripts are automatically mailed out after college sponsored seminars and most co-sponsored seminars, unless other arrangements have been made with the co-sponsor.  These transcripts are mailed at no charge, however, should you require an additional unofficial transcript, there is a $5.00 charge.  Please allow 3-6 weeks to receive transcripts. 

Attendees are responsible for maintaining there own records and reporting their hours to their individual state board when applicable.  NYCC reports attendance to State Boards that require notification directly from the college.

Should you require an official transcript, with the director’s signature and the college’s seal, there is a $10.00 charge.

Should you choose e-mail, you will be contacted via telephone by the Postgraduate Dept and asked to provide payment information, credit card number (Visa, Mastercard or Discover), expiration date, three digit security code, and cardholder’s name.

If you are requesting a transcript for PT course taken from a college other than NYCC, but cosponsored by NYCC, please provide name of program, location  and dates of attendance.  If you are unsure of this information, please be aware that the college will charge a Search Fee of $25.00.
